Why hasn't a reply been sent to a lead?

We cannot send a message to a lead in two possible scenarios. Below we detail each of them.

Bounced or rejected emails

For different reasons, recipients' email servers can reject emails you send. When this happens, we will inform you with an email notification about the message that we couldn't send, and also, you will see an error icon on the message when you are on the lead activity page.

The common reasons for the bounce are

  • The email that you try to reach doesn't exist
  • The recipient server did not accept the email (server down, full email box, etc.)

Lead has unsubscribed from your communications
