You can reply directly to the clients from the Enquiry detail page.
Your responses are sent to the client by email while also appearing here. Additionally, details and a link to the property are included in that message meaning, you do not need to add them to the message.
Here's an example of the email the client receives:
After your first response has been sent, the request status will automatically change from "New" to "Contacted".
Every response sent or received is visible in the enquiry detail. So you can see the entire conversation with older messages easily located by scrolling up.
Reply from your email
You can communicate with a client by answering the email notification directly.

When the client responds, you will receive a "New response" email with the client's message plus the property's information. To continue the conversation, you can reply directly to this email.
All the contact emails you have added to the property will receive this email.
