🎥 YouTube video is not displaying on portals (B2C)

You’ve added a YouTube video to your property in Proppit, but it’s not showing up correctly on the portals (e.g. DotProperty, Mitula, etc.).

In most cases, the issue is related to the format of the YouTube link.

Proppit only accepts the original video URL.

Links with parameters or those shared via the YouTube “Share” button are not supported.

This is the correct format, copied directly from the browser address bar:

Example of a non-working link ❌

This format is incorrect. It’s generated via the YouTube “Share” button and includes parameters that prevent our system from processing it:

How to fix it

1. Open the YouTube video in a new browser tab.
2. Copy the URL directly from the browser’s address bar (do not use the “Share” button).
3. Paste that link into the video field in Proppit.
