Integration stats
To know if there has been an error processing your XML you can check the “Properties integration stats” section of the overview page, which has all the details of your XML feed import.
As highlighted in the image below, you can find
- How many properties have we received from your XML
- How many properties couldn’t be processed due to an error
- How many duplicate properties were found

This information is updated every hour, which is how often we import your XML
Details of the errors
You can visit the error detail page to learn more about any errors. Here you’ll find a list of all properties that contain an error.
In the errors list you can see:
- External reference to the property
- The type of errors that a property has
- Detailed description of the error(s)

| Internal error | A generic error that we couldn’t categorize | Please contact support so we can help you to understand this error |
| Missing address or coordinates | The coordinates or address is missing and it is mandatory information | Send the coordinates |
| Missing contact phone | The contact phone of the listing is mandatory | Send the contact phone |
| Missing contact email | The contact email of the listing is mandatory | Send the contact email |
| Invalid contact email | The format of the contact email/s is not valid | Make sure that all contact emails are in the correct format ( [name]@[domain]) |
| Missing operation type | The operation type of the listing is mandatory | Send the operation type (sell/rent) |
| Invalid operation type | The operation type is not valid | Send a valid operation type (sell/rent) |
| Invalid price | The price is out of the permitted range | Contact support to know what are the price ranges of each property type |
| Missing property type | The property type is mandatory | Send a valid property type |
| Invalid property type | Property type is not one of the allowed values | Send a valid property type |
| Missing description | The description is mandatory | Send the description of the property |
| Missing title | The title is mandatory | Send the title of the property |
| Invalid coordinates | The coordinates are out of the allowed range, or the value is not numeric | Send valid coordinates |

| Invalid title | The title is empty or the language is not in the allowed values | Send a title in the right language |
| Invalid description | The description is empty or the language is not in the allowed values | Send a description in the right language |
| Invalid location visibility | The information about how you want to show the location on the map is not valid | Send a valid value (Exact/Accurate/Approximate) |
| Invalid currency | The currency of the price is not in the allowed values | Send a valid currency |
| Invalid community fees currency | The currency of the community fee is not in the allowed values | Send a valid currency |
| Missing community fee | The community fee is expected | Send the community fee price |
| Invalid furnished value | The furnished information is not in the allowed values | Send a valid value (FULLY/UNFURNISHED/PARTIALLY/PARTLY) |
| Invalid ownership value | The type of ownership is not in the allowed values | Send a valid value (freehold/leasehold) |
| Invalid amenities value | There is at least one amenity that is not valid | Check the list of valid amenities in the XML specification |
| Duplicate amenities | You have sent the same amenity more than once | Each amenity shouldn’t be repeated |
| Invalid nearby values | Nearby is not in the allowed values or is duplicate | Check the list of valid values in the XML specification |
| Invalid rules values | Rules are not in the allowed values or are duplicate | Check the list of valid values in the XML specification |
| Invalid bathrooms value | Value out of range or not numeric | Send a value between 1 and 500 |
