Our goal is to help you sell or rent your properties as fast as possible. That’s why you are allowed to publish all properties included in your portfolio on Proppit without any additional charge. Here are a few answers to common questions:
What do you have to do?
You don't need to do anything: we will take all your available properties in your XML and publish them.

How does it work?
We will publish all your properties and give more visibility to the most recent ones taking into account the number of properties covered by your current plan.
Can I decide what properties to give more visibility to?
Yes, you can decide which properties you want to give more visibility to by setting the property in de XML as "is_boosted".
What about my subscription plan?
With an active subscription plan, you’ll have as many boosted properties as the ones included in it. The best and most effective scenario is that your subscription plan covers all the properties you need so you don’t have to select individual ones to promote at any given time.
Remember that boosted properties will have 9x more visibility than the ones published without boost.
If your properties exceed what your subscription plan allows you to promote, they will still be published on our websites. However, it is recommended you switch to a higher plan to ensure greater visibility.
