On this page you can find statistics about each property, as well as filter, activate/deactivate boosts, delete any property or download your statistics.
Here’s how you can do each task:
Filter properties:
If you need to search for different types of properties, you can use the filters to find what you’re looking for based on status, property type or operation. You can use one or more filters at the same time.
Activate or deactivate a property’s boost:
You can activate or deactivate the boosting of a property anytime, taking into consideration your subscription plan and the number of properties you are paying for. To activate or deactivate the boost of a property, use the button on the right side of the page under the column labeled 'Boost'. If the arrow is grey it means boosting is not active. A green arrow means the boosting is active. Remember, by deactivating boost, the property will get less visibility on all our websites. You can boost your property again at any time.
Superboost:
Superboost is Proppit's latest product feature represented by the diamond icon in the Actions menu, offering the highest exposure among all listings. It will appear at the top of search results, preceding both boosted and non-boosted listings.
Contact your account manager to purchase Superboost and get even more visibility on determined properties.
Delete a property
Click over the Delete icon that will appear if you go through the column labeled 'Actions' with your mouse.
Important notice: This action is irreversible. You will have access to the enquiry data associated with the property. If you want to publish the property again, you'll need to do so from scratch. If you think you'll want to publish it again in the future (for example, if it's a property for rent), we recommend you to unpublish it.
Download your property’s stats
If you need to download Proppit statistics on an Excel or CSV folder, you can do it easily by clicking on the 'Export data' button. If you want more targeted data, use the filters to select which properties’ data you wish to download.
